 Nice villa built in the 1920’s surrounded by a closed garden; this typical house is placed at the edge of a forest area in a narrow valley at 600m from the small fishing port YPORT in Normandy, half distance from ETRETAT and FECAMP.

The village centre provides all the needed shops and assistance (doctors, pharmacy, post…)
